How to take Xanax?
You should take Xanax exactly as it is prescribed by your healthcare provider, do not take Xanax in larger amounts without consulting with your healthcare provider first. Remember to follow the instructions on the original label.
Do not increase or decrease your dose, your healthcare provider will adjust a
new dose for you if needed.
Xanax is that kind of medication, that to which you may easily get addicted
to, do not take for a longer term than it is prescribed by your healthcare
provider. If you feel that you cannot stop
taking Xanax, or that when you
stopped, you experience
withdrawal effects, you should contact your
healthcare provider and he will decrease you dose so that you would stop
taking Xanax step-by-step (in other words, taking lower and lower doses).
You should swallow the pill whole, do not crush it, crunch it or break it.
It is specially made so that it will slowly release its medication into your
system. If you crush it, it will release too much of medication at one time,
it will be a better effect, you may only increase the possibility of
side
effects.
If something goes wrong, or Xanax does not bring any effect, contact your
healthcare provider.

The risk of side effects may also be increased with grapefruit and
